- •12 quail eggs, soft-boiled (2 minutes)
- •500g sausage meat or pork mince
- •1 cup flour
- •2 eggs, beaten
- •2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- •Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- 1Carefully peel soft-boiled quail eggs
- 2Wrap each egg in sausage meat
- 3Coat in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs
- 4Deep fry at 180°C until golden (3-4 minutes)
- 5Serve with mustard or aioli
