Ingredients

  • 12 quail eggs, soft-boiled (2 minutes)
  • 500g sausage meat or pork mince
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. 1Carefully peel soft-boiled quail eggs
  2. 2Wrap each egg in sausage meat
  3. 3Coat in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs
  4. 4Deep fry at 180°C until golden (3-4 minutes)
