Ingredients

  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 16 quail eggs
  • Cumin, paprika, cayenne
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Feta cheese
  • Bread for serving

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté onions, garlic, and peppers
