Ingredients

  • 24 quail eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Fresh dill

Instructions

  1. 1Bring vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to boil
  2. 2Add spices and let cool slightly
  3. 3Pack eggs in sterilized jars
  4. 4Pour brine over eggs
  5. 5Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving
