Ingredients
- •24 quail eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- •2 cups white vinegar
- •1 cup water
- •2 tbsp sugar
- •1 tbsp salt
- •1 tsp peppercorns
- •2 bay leaves
- •Fresh dill
Instructions
- 1Bring vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to boil
- 2Add spices and let cool slightly
- 3Pack eggs in sterilized jars
- 4Pour brine over eggs
- 5Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving
